Items are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. If you require express shipping, please email us and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Transit time can range from 1-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.
We charge a $25 flat rate for international orders. Transit time for international shipments is 2-3 weeks on average.
Please note: we are not responsible for any customs charges.
Through the month of November and December we offer local pick up from our studio located in Thornbury, Melbourne.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand some things just don’t work out as planned.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund, less any shipping charges. You have 7 days from the date you received the item to return it to us. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your return.
Please contact us prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or any items purchased through online or subscriber sale campaigns.
Sale items can be exchanged for another item of the same or greater value. Or alternatively, a credit note can be given.
Returns must be delivered to us within 7 days of when the item(s) was received. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received, or you may not be eligible for a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
Please allow one week (7 days) from when we receive your return item(s) for the exchange or refund to be processed. In cases of loss or breakage, repair, replacement, or refund will be offered according to circumstances.
