We are only a small business which means sometimes we need to make styles as they are ordered. This helps us to avoid over producing.
But because we produce everything locally we can usually ensure a pretty quick turnaround.
If you notice a style is for pre order only, chances are we are in the process of making stock for it, or need to make-to-order.
Please keep reading to see how things will proceed if you make an order on a pre-ordered style.

After full payment has been made you will receive an email confirming payment and the estimated delivery timeframe of your order.
We’re really lucky to produce everything locally so our turnaround is usually pretty fast!
Usual timeframes for most styles are 2-3 weeks. However once your order is placed, we email you with a more accurate delivery date.
We will then give you updates as your item is being made and to keep you in the loop as much as possible. Then you will receive a final email when your order is ready to be dispatched.
